SPL KIDS TEAM SPOTLIGHT

SPL Kids Team Member: Jason Jarosz

Jason is the father of Lila (8) and Brady (5) and has been attending SPL since 2007 and joined the SPL Kids Team in 2017. Jason helps as a storyteller and doorperson on Saturdays but also fills in on Sundays, during F3, or at the check in station as needed. He enjoys learning the Bible stories through Godly Play, almost as much as sharing them with the children and watching their faith in God develop and strengthen. Jason is an accountant at Caterpillar and enjoys taking his kids fishing and playing games and sports with them.

SPL Kids Team Member: Denise Sarna

Denise Sarna has been helping with SPL Kids for 5 years, and before that she was a worship leader and high school youth group leader. She has been a RN since 93. Denise has 2 wonderful adult children and 2 amazing granddaughters and a new puppy. Ken and Denise love to travel to the national parks and see God’s wonders. She loves working with the preschoolers with the Godly play material and loves their honesty and watching them discover the stories.

F3 Winter Session | January 8 – February 19 (6:30pm Wednesdays)

Come enjoy this time of family, faith, formation on Wednesday nights. Dinner begins at 5:30pm and classes for all ages are offered from 6:30-7:30pm.

SPL Kids Family Fun Night | February 7 (6:00-8:00pm)

We’re expanding our father daughter dance this year to include all family members. Enjoy a night filled with music, dancing, and board games! Appetizers and desserts will be provided. Tickets will be available for purchase ($5/family) both online and at church beginning January 18.
