We will not hide them from their children;
WE WILL TELL the next generation
the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD,
his power, and the wonders he has done.
– Psalm 78:4

In recent years, we as a people at SPL have held up Psalm 78:4 as our calling as followers of Jesus. In this world today, more and more people, the generations coming after, are being easily distracted and guided away from the walk of faith.

We recognize that if we are not the ones to pass on the faith, to not tell the story of God at work in our lives and in the lives of those who came before, that the generations to come will not know Him. We must be committed to TELL of His faithfulness, of His work in our lives, at all times and in all places – even in the workplace.

Pastor Mark Gearig recently sat down with two members of SPL who do practice “telling” about God in both their words and actions, even at work. They have come to recognize the opportunities that God has placed before them to connect and invite others into the same situation where sharing Christ and experiencing Him together are possible.
Listen to his conversations with Adam Mize and Brian Cripe as they share the whole story.
