I found this really great article on forgiveness from a mental health perspective. It comes at the issue not so much from a religious point of view and how forgiveness can impact your spiritual life, but what it can do for you and your mental health. It’s a really great read for anyone struggling with forgiveness (isn’t that all of us at some point?). As so many know, holding on to a grudge can be poisonous. I like how the article addresses forgiveness step by step in a way that can really give you some insight into how you think and feel. A good read on this Monday!
