I Still Do

October has been my favorite month for as long as I can remember. The crisp weather, beautiful foliage, and playoff baseball are just a few reasons. But this October will be even better, as St. Paul’s will host the Family Life “I Still Do” Simulcast on Saturday, October 17th. This event is put on by Family Life Ministries and is a one day event that is designed to strengthen marriages and rekindle romance. The event will take place from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in the sanctuary at St. Paul’s, with lunch being provided by St. Paul’s. The “Early Bird” ticket price is $20.00 per person through August 31st, or $40 per couple (prices increase slightly after August 31st). This is an event that will benefit every couple in attendance, whether they have been married for 2 weeks or 20 years. Having just tied-the-knot nine days ago myself, my wife and I are looking forward to learning ways to strengthen our marriage to prepare us for those tough times ahead that we are told will come!
