The Lenten Season is upon us!

There are so many ways you and your family can share in the love of God and experience Jesus this season. The opportunities are before you – scroll down to see the details for each worship opportunity you can connect with this Lenten season.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is located in Decatur, Illinois, but you can worship with us from anywhere! Come as you are – there is no “dress code” requirement for Lenten worship (or for any of our worship services) when you are worshiping in-person or at home. Everyone is welcome – invite your family and friends to join us in-person, or online no matter where they are (link to live streaming and resources for worship at spldecatur.org/churchonline).

LENTEN WORSHIP WEDNESDAYS

Ash Wednesday – February 22 at 12:00 PM (Traditional) + 6:30 PM (Contemporary)
Imposition of Ashes and Communion offered in this service

Lenten Worship Wednesday – March 1 thru March 29 at 12:00 PM + 6:30 PM

All are welcome to join us for Wednesdays in March – Lunch, Prayer, Worship, and Connection in the Dining Room weekly at 12:00 PM.

Evenings include dinner at 5:30 PM (hosted by a different ministry team each week) in the Dining Room.

Prayer & Worship Nights in the Worship Center at 6:30 PM (thru March 29th). Worship led by Aly Gabriel & our praise team, with different prayer focus each week. Opportunity for our community to gather, connect, pray and worship together through this season as we prepare toward Holy Week and Easter.

Easter Sunday – April 9 Celebration Worship at 8:00 AM & 10:30 AM (with Easter Sunrise Service at 6:30 AM)
