Growing Kids and Families Through Team Sports in Our Community

SPL is excited to be partnering with the leadership of Upward Sports and other partners like Decatur First Church of the Nazarene (D1 Naz) to host the upcoming season of Basketball and Cheer for kids in Kindergarten through 8th grade.

This year, teams will meet at both D1 Naz and the SPL Field House on Saturdays (only) for both team practice and games. Grades K-2 will meet at D1 Naz and grades 3-8 will meet at the SPL Field House at their designated times (some may vary for those in Cheer depending on amount of students and sibling involvement).

Registration is open now for kids who would like to be a part of Basketball or Cheer. Additionally, any parent willing to also serve as a Coach will be offered $25 off the registration fee for their child.
