How Do Young Parents Take A Sabbath?

I thought this was a really good word from Gary Thomas, whose blog I occasionally share on here. My wife and I don’t have children ourselves yet but I often wonder how those who do have children find time for refreshment and renewal. I hope Gary’s words of wisdom can be a blessing to those of you with children who struggle to find some time for yourselves.
